#AuringPH hit Surigao Del Sur and other parts of Mindanao hard, weakening into a low-pressure area as it heads towards Bicol.
The Beam PH encourages everyone to send donations to Tulong Kabataan and Philippine Red Cross Surigao del Sur Chapter.
